Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bark
1 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Almonds
1 10 oz Bag High Quality Dark Chocolate
Coarsely chop almonds then combine with cranberries and distribute evenly over a parchment lined cookie tray.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over cranberries and almonds as evenly as possible.
Refrigerator for at least 1 hour then break into chunks and enjoy.
