Cinnamon Sweet Potato Wedges
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
2 TBS Coconut Oil
Cinnamon to Taste
Sea Salt to Taste
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Scrub sweet potatoes and leave the skin on. Cut into length wise wedges (about 10-12 wedges per sweet potato).
3. Place on a baking sheet and toss with coconut oil, cinnamon and salt.
4. Bake in a 350 over for about 30-45 minutes until tender and slightly browned and crisp on the outside. Serve hot.
