Sauteed Spinach & Carrots
Ingredients:
1 lbs Spinach, Fresh
1/8 lbs Carrots, Shredded
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2 TBS Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder or 1 tsp fresh minced garlic
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and olive oil over squash and place face down on a baking sheet
3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until tender.Remove from oven and flip over immediately.
4. Scoop squash from shell with a fork, creating “spaghetti” and serve hot.
Prep Time: Approx. 5 Minutes
Cook Time: Approx. 8-10 Minutes
Yield: About 4 Servings
