This class will focus on technique for breaking down a whole chicken, braising and pan searing, using fresh herbs, how to make a pilaf, health benefits of sprouting, and the health benefits of dark chocolate. You will also be introduced to a couple of simple techniques for sautéing vegetables. We will top off the night with a decadent gluten free chocolate brownie with sprouted walnuts.
