This class will focus on quick and simple ways to cook different types of fish. Each entrée includes a delicious sauce to accompany the main dish. You will also be introduced to a couple of simple techniques for cooking greens and we will also include a raw kale salad with a homemade lemon vinaigrette. We will top off the night with a delicious chocolate chia pudding.
