1 Cup Almond Milk or Non-Dairy Beverage of Choice
1 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1 TBS Raw Cacao Powder
1 TBS Organic Peanut Butter (Or Nut Butter of Choice)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (We recommend plant based powders such as Sun Warrior or Garden of Life)
1. Combine Almonds and water in blender and blend until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
2. Strain through a nut milk bag. If you don’t have one a fine mesh strainer will work.
3. Pour strained milk, honey and vanilla into a glass jar and shake well, until honey has completely dissolved.
Note: Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. For the chocolate version add 3 TBS raw cacao powder to other ingredients. For plain almond milk simply omit honey and vanilla.
