Golden Milk PasteGolden Milk Paste

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Ground Turmeric
1/4 Cup Ground Ginger
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Black Pepper
3 TBS Coconut Oil or Ghee
1/2 Cup Water
2 tbs Raw Honey or Monkfruit Sugar

Directions:
1. In a small saucepan heat your water over medium heat, add spices and stir until a thick paste forms.
2. Remove from heat and stir in coconut oil or ghee and honey or monkfruit sugar. Paste can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 months.
3. To create your golden milk scoop 1 tsp of paste into 2 cups warm or cold beverage of choice and stir thoroughly. Add additional honey or a dash of cinnamon if desired.

Prep Time: Approx. 20 Minutes
Cook Time: Approx. 4-5 Minutes
Yield: About 15-20 Servings
