1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Milk of Choice
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Raw Honey
1. Add oats, milk, honey, lemon and cinnamon to a glass mason jar and stir together.
2. Add blueberries and almonds then screw on the lid and place in the fridge to sit overnight.
3. Pull out in the morning and enjoy. No cooking required!
Note: Can hold in the fridge for 2-3 days. Play with different fruit and nut blends and try maple syrup instead of honey for different varieties.
