Avocado Chocolate Pudding
1 Large Ripe Avocado
¼ Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Coconut Cream
2 TBS Coconut Milk
1 TBS + 1tsp Raw Honey
1 TBS Raw Cacao Powder
½ tsp Vanilla
1. In a double boiler melt chocolate and coconut cream together.
2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or small blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Chill in the fridge before serving.
Note: Top with fresh fruit and serve chilled
