2 lbs Organic Ground Turkey (white and dark meat)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 TBS Fresh Chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Cup Onion Minced
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 Cup Precooked Quinoa
1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into meat balls (golf size).
2. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165. (Makes about 3. 28-30 meatballs. Freeze leftover meatballs for future use.)
Note: This recipe makes about 28-30 meatballs, freeze leftovers for use in future meals.
