Roasted Maple Pecan Brussels Sprouts
1 lb Fresh Brussels Sprouts, Halved (Can purchase pre-cut for convenience)
2 TBS Avocado Oil
2 TBS Grass-fed Butter, Melted
Sea Salt to Taste
2-3 TBS Maple Syrup
Candied Pecans
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Toss brussels with oil and sea salt and place in a covered baking dish
3. Bake until tender and lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes, checking occasionally
4. Toss with maple syrup and melted butter and roast another 3-4 minutes to let flavors meld.
5. Remove from oven and top with candied pecans
Prep Time: Approx. 5 Minutes
Cook Time: Approx. 8-10 Minutes
Yield: About 4 Servings
